AsSET PROTECTION

ASSET PROTECTION

Asset protection is about disposing of your assets so they are positively untraceable, yet immediately available .

At the core of all asset protection planning is the removal or distancing of the client from direct legal ownership of assets, while retaining for the client control over and beneficial enjoyment of the assets. The objective is to establish legal structures to own assets on behalf of a client in a way that creates utmost privacy and confidentiality and, for example, makes it more difficult and expensive for a creditor to reach those assets to such an extent hat he either gives up or negotiates terms that are more favourable for the client.

There are many different structures used in asset protection. There is no single silver-bullet structure but there is certainly a right way and a wrong way. Many people simply transfer assets to a spouse or family member, but that approach very rarely works because it is an easy type of transfer to set aside. There are certain types of structures you can place assets in, retain control over those assets, access them freely, while also making it very difficult and expensive for someone to reach them. Most of this type of planning involves sophisticated planning and the use of offshore structures, usually in more than one jurisdiction.

With our help you can transfer your wealth to the safest places in the world intelligently and gain total financial privacy and security.
